Immediately within the front gates of the Palace Garden was a pavilion full of tea, cakes, pastries, and frustratingly patient guests.
Bodger, a talking bear, utterly refused to be drafted into Snitches army. In frustration, Snitches through a badger minstrel into the time-frozen river. This did not go over well.
The party also found a ring of standing stones, the magical Arrivals terminal for teleporting guests.
Near a winding river they found a fountain, the water also frozen in time as it poured out of statues of forest animals. Snitches looked around at the magical garden and decided to strip naked and bathe in the water. Not being a beast capable of Awakening, he instead reverted to a feral form, with an intelligence of 3. Thankfully, Harbinger was able to wrestle the naked bugbear so Ivo could remove the curse.
An axe buried deep in a stump took a few tries, but Harbinger was able to pull it lose, gaining a powerful weapon against plants.
In a bronze-fenced rose garden, the party found a petrified satyr and 5 chromatic roses. They also found a family of ettercaps by accident when Snitches just started shooting randomly into the bushes. They orphaned the baby ettercap.
A magical water wench gave the party a magical crown of silver needles. Armus put it on to no effect but swag.
Snitches was able to meet the guardians of the garden after assualting the bager. Envy, an Iron Lion, told him the Silver Crown could become a key, but only if placed on the correct guardian’s head. He called Wrath an asshole.
Wrath was an asshole, convincing Snitches to spend hours picking berries in exchange for deer scat. Snitches attempted to ride him and got slightly gored.
